Job Description

Responsibilities:, Work towards building new strategic partnerships with key D2C brands and business sellers across the country and establish Pickrr as their primary logistics partner, Responsible for the collection & recovery from the new onboarded brands & businesses, Work closely with the Lead generation team & get the hot leads onboarded through a team of business development managers , Strategize account level inputs considering company's ecosystem & Seller's capabilities, Design & Implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales & targets as per the approved plan, Proactive approach towards translating strategy into specific business initiatives and meet the customer acquisition target as agreed with Business Heads, Supervise daily sales performance and help oversee projects of high importance, Designed and developed framework for pricing clients , Help coordinate business,wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success, Work Closely within the cross,functional teams including OPS, Finance, Tech,Product & Customer SuccessMinimum Requirements:, MBA from Tier2,Tier3 institutes is preferred, 5,6 years of experience in the sales is required, Strong principles around Customer obsession & Ownership, Prior experience in Logistics,Courier,Transportation,Freight industry is preferred, Must be efficient with MS Excel & Powerpoint, Must have a strong vendor management experience, Proven track record of achieving allocated sales targets, BD & ability to build from scratch, Has owned, built and managed sales teams spanning across different brands, geographies, Has a strong business acumen with a strong history of continued sales excellence, Passionate and driven individuals looking to work with a similar bunch of people
