Job Description

The primary responsibility of this individual would be to build the brand PharmEasy on digital & social media channels. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish strong creative, communication, strategy on social, build brand love, high impact communication and drive measurement. Responsibilities :, Program Manager for Creative , own the creative deliveries for specific marketing campaigns, working closely with business and internal creative teams to finalize the creative and share with relevant stakeholders. Pushing the bar on creative for all priority campaigns across display, ads, emails, notifications and other platforms , Owning Social Media , outline the goals, strategy, communication calendar for all social media channels for PharmEasy, to drive brand love and audience connect (grow followers, engagement, word of mouth. , Explore new age social & formats, deliver on highly engaging 'made for social' content, explore newer formats like reels, stories, 360 photos etc. as well as evaluate emerging social platforms for relevancy for the brand like regional platforms. Work with teams in marketing, to extend priority business campaigns into relevant social media content , Stakeholder management , work closely with external agency and internal content, design teams to push the bar on campaign creative, content and ensure high on engagement and metrics. Manage multiple projects across different businesses or brands under PharmEasy , Measurement & Reporting , Own upper funnel reporting metrics like Open rt, CTRs for creative. Build social media reports to capture growth, engagement, SOV, sentiment polarity, and social,digital campaign performance reports, working with the research team, This is an individual contributor roleMinimum requirements & qualifications :, A minimum of 4+ years of digital experience handling creative, communication and social channels end to end , Must have basic knowledge of various ad formats on digital, experience in planning for stories, reels, 360 video and other emerging formats on social , Strong agency and stakeholder management skills, strong measurement , Ability to think out of the box, innovate and collaborate with stakeholders to get things done in a fast, startup environment , Strong attitude, positive, with a willingness & desire to learn and contribute , Excellent communication & presentation skills including high fluency in written and verbal English
