Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities: , Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns as per business requirements , Manage P&L, Collaborate with cross,functional teams and external partners (ATL, BTL agencies and Tech partners, etc.) to launch brand,growth campaigns that require both strategic thinking and high,speed execution, Create, propose, implement, and evaluate innovative properties,programs through media channels and partnerships to drive awareness and manage positive sentiment of brand PharmEasy, Campaign management across CRM channels , Work with our analytics team to measure each experiment, document and socialize learnings, and develop next steps toward bigger wins, Oversee the execution of highly targeted, complex member journeys,workflows and ad,hoc campaigns that help reach goals: promotions, seasonal campaigns, etc., Monitor performance of marketing programs, generate data,driven hypotheses that inform strategies to improve journeys and campaigns, Identify key growth levers in consumers journeys Preferred Qualifications:, Degree with 3+ years of work ex or MBA with 1+ years of work ex, Experience building, executing, and scaling cross,functional marketing programs, Handled marketing budgets of 10,12 Cr annually, Experience designing and executing online customer experiences, Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management, Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize, Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations, Experience of working in growth startups, leading e,commerce, pharma, Knowledge of tools like Clevertap, Appsflyer, MicroStrategy is a plus, Detail orientation, execution excellence & entrepreneurial spirit, Strong knowledge of digital media, current local trends in media consumption and marketing opportunities, Native understanding of digital with an emphasis on social, video & display and an ability to tell stories through great ideas irrespective of the medium
