Manage Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies2. Implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers3. Publish content on social media channels4. Own the overall channel metrics including Engagement rate, audience growth rate and conversion rate to constantly evolve and adopt best practices5. Stay up,to,date with the latest industry and digital trends6. Respond to user inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner7. Build relationships with the online community8. Monitor and provide feedback on engagement,conversation via social media channels to leadershipRequirements:1. Hands,on experience in planning and leading community initiatives and social media management2. Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs3. Excellent verbal communication skills4.
