About the role:Play a pivotal role in setting up Sales Analytics practice for Pernod Ricard . Support the full sales organization across India to take data driven decisions , help setup the sale analytics vertical for the organization ,Set the culture of data driven decision making., Play a pivotal role in driving insights driven actions via Assortment optimization , opportunity mapping , assessing SKU elasticities , price sensitivity analysis , market share analysis , Marketing spends RO).Build and refine logics for data science led analytics use cases for Sales & Commercial Function , Build and refine business rules led analytics for Trade Spend Optimization , Market Investment ROI , Draw linkages between external data and business actions ,Build model to assess the ROI of trade marketing initiatives and consumer activities , Lead roll out of Data Visualization & Self,Service analytics for field & Business via dashboards on Power BI across markets new builds & refinements, Drive revenue management initiatives (micro battles etc, drive market share analytics , pricing ), Enable field through exception reporting , early alerts for timely decision making , enable Personalized reporting for field enablement , Cross link Data from shopper & consumer insights to build go to market strategies , Collaborate with the Global COE drive enterprise projects on analytics , advanced analytics Job Responsibilities:, Play a pivotal role in driving Enterprise project DSTAR and help roll out Pan India , Build and refine logics for data science led analytics use cases, Work with commercial teams and data science teams to build and refine analytics use cases, Collaborate with regional sales teams to help drive adoption of analytics and data science outputs, Collaborate with Global COE to drive new business use cases , Build & refine business rules led analytics for pricing , spends optimization , Insightful reporting , Work with business stakeholders to refine and build rule,based logics, and drive adoption amongst region teams, Builds and refine dashboards, sales force interfaces (as needed) to drive adoption of use cases, Transform structured data to support decision making, drive impactful insight, visualization, Work with commercial teams to drive adoption of dashboards, Work with IT teams (power BI developers, data engineers) to create dashboards, Drive revenue management initiatives such as micro battles within specific regions etc, Collaborate with Corporate and Region stakeholders to identify business issues and provide data,based solutions.Desired Knowledge , Experience and Skilset:, MBA degree from a top tier business school, Min 10 years prior experience in analytics roles, Detail oriented, analytical, forward thinking and inquisitive, Proficient in Data Science techniques and should have handle scenario building , modeling ( Regression , Decision trees , Sensitivity analysis etc market mix modeling, A,B testing , scenario building ) , Ability to apply Business & technical skills, Excel, Visualization skill and SQL to solve problems, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL and,or other visualization experience strongly preferred, Exposure to Machine learning , Hands on Azure ML studio , R or Python preferred Identified Capability & Skill Requirement :, Entrepreneurial mindset and vision to build a data driven culture for the organization, Good Knowledge of Sales & Commercial Business , Stakeholder management ( internal and external ) ,Global COE , Ability to translate & understand business issues into data driven solutions, Manage Power BI dashboards, run analytics, algos, scripts.., Good business understanding to build & validate Analytics, synthesize complex issues, Co ordinate with tech team to translate business requirements to Analytics inputs, Change agent to Help build Analytics Capability for the Sales Organization in PRI
