JOB SUMMARY :, Define audit program and perform internal audit as per PRI annual audit plan, Finalize reports, Carryout follow up audits, This role is very exciting and is a challenging opportunity for a dynamic audit professional who seeks to build on his , her existing audit experience through in,depth exposure to an extremely fast,paced business environment. , The Internal Audit department is developmental in nature and employees are assisted in furthering career goals through placement into business segment roles. This group is seen as a premiere entry point into the business segments within the company., Role involves working within a high energy team of auditors on operational and financial audits across India.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :, Actively support , participate in the risk assessment exercise, Prepare the audit universe in consultation with the risk and assurance head, Engage with key stakeholders at senior management position for planning audit programs, process walkthrough, etc., Execute audit engagements in an efficient and effective manner, Carryout RCMs based audits, Timely report results of audit performed to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with process owners for preparation of remediation plans, Routinely follow,up with process owners and report on the implementation status of agreed remediation plansDESIRED FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES :, Reporting & analysis , Financial accounting & consolidation, Tax management , Legal for finance, Risk management & Internal controls, Cash management & Financing, Processes & Information Systems, Critical thinking, Advanced Data Analytics, Business acumen, Project Management, Stakeholder ManagementINTERACTIONS :INTERNALLY (mention role) :, Head risk and assurance, Senior Manager risk & assurance, Process owners including function headsEXTERNALLY (mention role) :, Consultants, Statutory auditorsDESIRED PROFILE DETAILS :QUALIFICATION :, CA , MBA , CIA, 7,9 years of post,qualification experience with minimum 3,4 years in internal audit function with exposure to manufacturing audits in FMCG, Big four or a large renowned consulting or a large FMCG with a relevant internal audit experienceFUNCTIONAL SKILLS (Both essential & desirable) :, Should be well versed with The Internal auditing standards as laid down by the Institute of internal auditors, COSO frame work, Internal Financial Control as per Companies Act 2013, Advanced Data Analytics and critical thinking, Good exposure in manufacturing, sales and distribution function is a must and the incumbent should be willing to travel, mostly domestic (~30%)BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS (Both essential & desirable) :Essential :, Very good communication skills both written and verbal, Positive problem solving attitude, Good presentation skills, Team player, High energy and strong ability to keep and maintain high motivation all through
