Some of the eminent brands in the white spirits category include ABSOLUT vodka, Havana Club rum, Jacob's Creek wine and Nine Hill wines, Fuel Vodka, Martell cognac, Beefeater gin, Kahla and Malibu liqueurs, Mumm and Perrier,Jout champagne.Job Summary The role will:, Act as C&B Specialist for all Compensation and Benefits Projects in India, Design and deliver employee compensation and benefit policy interventions, Lead in rolling out national Compensation initiatives, Roll out C&B related capability development for managers and leaders, Manage Budgeting Processes as SPOC between Asia and Finance, Manage International Mobility (Inbound & Outbound) as APOC between Asia and Host,Home Countries, Conduct Job Evaluations and manage Banding Exercises, Extend help for Gulf and Lanka on compensation projects as required.Key Responsibilities:1. HR processes and new initiatives Manage the HR budget. Creates, analyses, and justifies the HR budget figures and its spend allocation. Drive the Payroll, Merit, Bonus, and Incentive process for India, Gulf, and Lanka.Execute key HR programs related to C&B that support business and corporate strategic goals and increase organizational competencies and effectiveness.Manage various HR projects in the areas of workday implementation, LTI & Retention etc.2. Compensation benchmarking, Support the Talent Acquisition team in salary fitment according to Budget and Benchmark. , Closely monitor compensation trends, practices, liaise closely with industry peer groups and assimilate emerging C&B trends and practices to explore potential fit with the organization's existing and anticipated business,people challenges. Handle compensation surveys to ensure competitiveness in salary against the market benchmark and design an affordable reward structure that attracts, retains, and motivates employees. Manage Executive compensation process. Work closely with partners from external consulting companies for conducting and analyzing Employee Health,Check Surveys, Compensation Research, Bench,marking for Merit & Market reviews, Bonus and Stock options plans.3. Others:, Conduct the Job evaluation exercise , Job Grading and salary Banding for the organization., Manage Compensation & Benefits processes for International Mobility processes (Inbound & Outbound)PROFILE DETAILS:, Post,graduate business degree from a good management institute with 3,8 years of HR experience and Experience as Compensation & Benefits Specialist, Exposed to Budgeting Processes.FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:, Hands,on with Job Evaluation Methodology (Preferably Mercer IPE and,or Tower Watson Tool), Preferably a Certified Rewards Professional, Business Acumen, MS Excel Expert, Incentive Planning Methodology, Digitally Savvy
