Performance Marketing Manager


$80,000-$100,000 USD • 0.15% - 0.25% equity

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving contact submits and purchases on our eCommerce platform. At Therma°, you will own and scale our paid social and search programs, using landing page testing, creative iteration, and lead funnels to double your budget quarter over quarter. You balance your eye for on-brand high-converting creative with strong analytical skills for excellent performance reporting and budget management. You are a cross-functional team player and are excited to write content, create ads, or develop landing pages as needed to execute your campaign ideas. 


This role reports to the Marketing Director and is based out of our United States headquarters located in San Francisco, CA (remote PST time zone).


About You

  • At least 2 years in paid social management and paid search.

  • Advanced analytical skills that you’ve leveraged in strong reporting, testing, and ideation.

  • Technical understanding of website and tech stack infrastructure; ability to build landing pages quickly and easily.

  • Experience working with designers to generate compelling creativity and translating brand voice into channel-specific content that drives growth

  • Thrives in an autonomous and collaborative work environment; experience freelancing or consulting is a plus. 

  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally, collaborate and advocate for ideas as well as execute, take ownership and be hands-on.
