The Corporate Planning department is the growth engine of the company where all new capex projects are analysed and recommended for execution. The corporate planning team interacts with all Business Units and Business heads to plan the projects to be executed in a financial year.The primary role of this position is to perform exhaustive primary and secondary market research of identified markets in a time bound manner. Apart from this the candidate is expected to support the corporate planning team in evaluation of proposed capex, maintaining weekly, monthly MIS, as well as provide support to project execution teams. The ideal candidate will be an established leader with a flair for taking up challenges and 10+ years of experience in Project Management work experience. This position will work closely with senior management and will be responsible for leading all aspects of initial plans, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to key stakeholders across all business unitsAccountabilities and KPIs :, Developing new Program,Project plans to support the strategic direction of the organization., Developing a budget and operating plan for the Program,Project., Developing an evaluation method to assess Program,Project progress and develop catch up plans., Assess Program,Project performance and aim to maximize ROI, Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved., Conducting post,project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements., Excellent skills at influencing others and handling conflict, Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurementsExperience & Educational Requirements :Educational Qualifications : MBA from tier 1, tier 2 InstituteDesired skills : , 2+ years of experience in Project Management work experience., Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques ., Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management., Strong leadership and management skills., Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures., The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems., Strong interpersonal and communication skills., Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook., Ability to operate with autonomy with little oversight or direction., Proven analytical thinking with a natural tendency to use data for decision,making., Results,oriented person with strong organizational skills and focus on delivery.
