Some of the leading Business Groups such as Reliance Industries, L&T, IOCL, Deloitte, Cognizant, Capgemini, McKinsey, EY, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Volkswagen, Baxter, J&J, Airtel, Vodafone and Capita are among our clients, Overall purpose of the position is to contribute to Pearson TalentLens, revenue from respective Region through sales of product and services to strategic and enterprise customers who contribute significantly to the businessResponsibilities :, Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives, Assisting the organization in acquiring new customers., Drive the key Vendors and Partners to ensure the delivery of services as per the Client requirements, Ensure all SLAs are met with strict adherence to SOPs, Serve as the link of communication between Key Clients, Internal teams and Partners, Resolve customers complaints in an effective and respectful way, Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on all services, Measure, track and analyze key account metrics, Conduct Periodic Reviews with all Stake Holders and Partners, Structured Meetings with Clients at different Levels , Create reports for the Leadership Team and Clients, Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices, Research and source new potential clients, Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long,lasting relationshipsRequirements :, Proven experience as key account manager, Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels, Excellent organizational skills, Ability in problem,solving and negotiation, Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs, Aptitude in networking and building relationships, Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlinesYears of Experience : 3 , 8 yearsNotice Period : Immediate to 45 Days Work Location : Mumbai , Bangalore , Hyderabad , Pune, Communication must be excellent , Must have worked in Consultancy firm , Recruitment firm , , Monster etc., ( NOT with Education domain)
