Looking for candidates who have Multi Country Facilities Management ExposureKey Accountabilities:, Facilities and workplace business partner to the India Hub leadership, to ensure workplace locations and facilities meet business requirements, Strive to deliver workplace customer experience by driving improvements in service delivery standards across the portfolio , Develop, monitor, and control all facilities related budgets and cost performance across the portfolio, Deliver FM Services through key supplier relationship management of provider(s) and vendors in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs in every Pearson office in the region.Main Responsibilities:Facilities and workplace business partner:, Working in conjunction with the regional business leadership, global property team and other stakeholders to support their business requirements and deliver the Global property strategy , Provide strategic support of multiple workplaces in the India Hub, involved in the planning, organizing, evaluation and maintenance of company workplace, Maintains continuous engagement with business customers and stakeholders, Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organizationWorkplace customer experience:, Manage the workplace experience programme and ensure effective utilization of the resources, Support in planning and designing space requirements , Support the company's remote working policy and implement practices and procedures to ensure FM efficiently supports employees in their chosen workplaceBudgets and cost performance:, Support the business in preparing facilities operating and capital budgets, forecasts and expenditure plans, Ensure all cost and performance activities associated with facilities management, the workplace, small works and capital project services are being effectively managed, controlled and maintained at a level of acceptance.Key supplier relationship management:, Manage the performance of the FM Service Provider to ensure business supporting FM services are provided to agreed SLAs, KPIs and cost performance targets in every Pearson office in the region, Lead and conduct regular reviews to demonstrate effective control is being maintained across all facilities management functions within the service partner organizations, Develop an environment of continual improvement in service performance with the service partners through monthly, quarterly and annual reviews, Act on the findings from checks and reviews, implementing evidenced and prioritized recommendations to mitigate cost increases and,or performance shortfalls, Ensure that facilities management functional requirements and supply partner governance and procedures are fully met. Maintain logs, records and reports to demonstrate adherence.Essential skills, qualifications, and experience:, Bachelor's degree preferred, will be bonus in related field , At least 10 years experience of working as a Senior FM across a multi,site corporate office portfolio, will be bonus with MNC experience, A comprehensive understanding of operating in a service provider environment with partners being from both within and external to the business, liaising with subject matter experts to deliver effective facilities management, Ability to work independently, interact with senior management and stakeholders within the business and service partners with the ability to make recommendations and decisions over a wide spectrum of FM activities, Consultative and client centric approach to the cost and performance function, supported by strong problem,solving skills, Highly adaptable, able to succeed in a dynamic business and working environment with strong drive and commitment, Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, demonstrate tact and understanding when handling sensitive situations, Good Programme and Project Management experience and skills, NEBOSH or recognized alternative health and safety certification, Willingness to travel to all sites in the region while necessary Other Skills and Abilities:, Promote Pearson values, Organizationally Agile , Adapts quickly to new situations where roles and work are not clearly defined., Influences without Authority , Identifies stakeholders, seeks input and actively listens to build support and identify best solutions., Prioritizes and makes Effective Decisions , Ensures the quality of the data provided to analyze possible solutions and support effective decision making., Build Relationships Proactively , networks with other teams to discuss common issues and share knowledge., Outcomes Oriented , Understands the intended outcomes of own work and how they contribute to Pearson's broader objectives., Continuously improves , Actively seeks opportunities for improvement and presents ideas for increasing effectiveness and efficiency of own work., Evidence Informed , Organizes and analyses information to form robust, evidence,based recommendation., Commercially Aware , Uses that knowledge to identify better ways of working to meet those goals., Digitally Focused , Recognizes the opportunities digital technology creates for Pearson to increase its reach, generate profitable business opportunities and create more effective products for its market., Driven by Customer and Learner Requirements, Makes decisions that have a positive impact on customer and learner issues for the benefit of Pearson overall.
