Contract test centers as per capacity requirements within assigned timeframe, manage escalations and maintaining channel presence across 7 countries. Test assessment experience preferred.To know more about Pearson VUE visit www.pearsonvue.comJob Description , Channel Sales Manager (CSM)Channel sales manager will manage following activities:, SAARC region Test center recruitments PVTC on demand, Event,Temp test center, Manage, maintain existing network and grow of test centers., Require to reach out to IT training, academic institutes and onboard them as PVTC., Experienced in drafting communication,proposals and can confidently create and give presentations to target audience., CSM will be required to design strategy, manage contracting, Invoicing & closure activities, Support channel sales team to research project work assigned, regular reporting., Support promoting IT client campaigns & initiatives with PVTC, Marketing administration support to all channels including the co,ordination, ordering and distribution of end user,channel collateral., Assist creation of sales presentations and market research., Support creation and implementation of internal administrative processes., Manage, create, reassign & close VSS incident, Service direct cases pertaining to channel sales function., PVAP channel sales mail box management and manage first level responses to PVTC interest related queries., Across internal functions for coordination, Manage and monitor mailboxes (and other channel specific mailboxes) will be configured on email id so that PVTC and test center sourcing related transactions may be managed by team effectively.Working with other functions within PVUE :Project team , Understanding client volume forecast for capacity related planning.Marketing team , Support global and local channel joint marketing activities,Quality & legal teamPVTC application related documentationUploading documents to share points for records.Uploading PVTC contracts to legal share points for counter signatures.Service direct awareness with PVTCTechnology , as and when required for coordination with test centresCapacity management team , for test centre open and close hours and availability for event testing candidatesReporting, Collation of learnings and recommendations post the event with all channel stakeholders.Operational aspects of CSM position, Available over phone between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm to CSM's for any urgent requirement. Reports and other agreed activities may need to be completed on weekends from home. Occasional extended hours working.Reporting to Sr Channel Sales Manager.Skills required:CSM should have following skill sets:, Good Communication skills , Verbal as well written, and Listening skills, Open to travel for channel sourcing., Good negotiation and analytical skills, Well versed with MS,Office suite , Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Attention to detail and multi,tasking., Industry experience,knowledge preferred
