Roles & Responsibilities :, Grow top of the funnel by running and optimizing CLM campaigns on all the channels , email, sms, banners, push etc., Coordinate with tech,product teams in resolving tech integration issues and remove bottlenecks to reduce process inefficiencies, End,to,end management of online campaigns , ideate, design, execute, track and improvise, Drive product adoption with business and product marketing teams by create audience cohorts, creatives, promotional banners,widgets and track performance, Daily campaigns performance analysis by tracking key conversion metrics such as impressions, CTR, open rate and delivery rates that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retentionIdeal Candidate :, 6+ years work experience in a start,up, ecommerce or analytics company, Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills, Hands on knowledge of campaign management tools like Clevertap, Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights, High degree of ownership in taking things to completion
