Role Synopsis: Lead the HR , Business Partnering & Employee life cycle for the flagship Hospital of paras Group. Reporting to the Head of HR (Only premium colleges student apply XLRI, MDI, IMT, Symbiosis, IIM, IMI, welingkar)Role Description :, Creating the employee engagement and business partnering strategy for the hospital., Talen Management : Identify and groom high potential talent, define strategies to retain and engage top talent, Employee retention: work on retention strategies to retain the best employees and lower the turn over, Employee Development: Design an employee development plan and implement L&D strategies to build productive workforce and a learning culture., Performance Management: to ensure employees are aligned to the organization goals and monitor their performance by managing the complete performance management cycle ensuring results are achieved, Talent Acquisition: Manage talent acquisition process to ensure hiring of right candidate and build even stronger pipeline of potential hires and work on employer branding strategies.
