Role synopsis : Part of the leadership team at Paras Panchkula and Head the HR function for the hospital while building the right people practices, culture & employer brand for Paras in Udaipur (ONLY Premium colleges , XLRI, IIM, MDI, SCMHRD)Responsibilities : The role holder will have to design, implement & govern the entire employee life cycle1. Manpower Budgeting & Planning : Own the people cost & budget.2. Talent Acquisition : Work on the EVP of Paras and build Paras as a preferred employer while hiring the best talent as per plan (TAT, Cost & Source blend)3. Performance management & Engagement : Custodian of the employee performance, growth & productivity and run strong engagement agenda.4. Skill & Competency , Define the processes & interventions to build Skills & Competencies across all levels of the organization and work out a developmental plan5. Talent Management & Succession Planning , Identify talent & talent gaps for all critical roles in the organization and chalk out a journey for each role and its successor6. Statutory Compliances : Ensure strong adherence to compliances & audit
