Key Roles and Responsibilities : Strategic Focus : a. Suggest initiatives to advance the business objectives in line with the organization's mission.b. Assigned SPOC for conducting detailed feasibility study and financial underwriting of new opportunitiesc. Plan initiatives to leverage on any innovative concepts,opportunities in the real estate industry marketd. Review Industry benchmarks and ensure business competitiveness with respect to revenue generation, cost of capital and cost effectiveness e. Assist business head with acquisitions , backward integration opportunitiesf. White paper presentation to seek management council's approval on identified growth opportunitiesh.Experience in preparing different parts of pitch books for (profiles, benchmarking, merger models, ownership analysis, analysis at various prices, equity bridge, financial analysis, three statement modelling, EPS accretion,dilution, DCF etc) for various business development pitches and various M&A pitchesi.Managing fund syndication, project appraisals, financial modelling, & finance structuring and liaising with Banks, Financial Institutions and Private Equity Funds for raising funds at favorable terms to meet business expansion , project requirements Skills in conducting financial analysis, evaluating new business initiatives & projects from an Economic, Financial, Risk and Regulatory FrameworkOperational Focus : a. Prepare business reports, presentations and support the business heads in identified business opportunities. b. Identify and analyzing the potential business risks,threats and develop a risk mitigation strategy for the business,sc. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.d. Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost,effective management of resources.e. Responsible for carrying out business's internal capability assessment on processes and technology and identifying a road map to address improvement initiativesf. Keep abreast of all the regulatory and statutory changes directly or indirectly impacting the business i. Prepared the bank's internal documents like Appraisal Notes, CRA formats and internal rating analysis to expedite the sanction process.j. Helped in preparing various templates and models for company valuationEducation and Experience: a. Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Business Management,CA etc.b. An advanced degree in Business,Management,Financial Management from a pedigree institute (IIM,ISB,KJ Somaiya, Narsee Monjee etc.)c. Minimum of 3,5 years of industry experience with relevant experience in real estate industry or related field with desired experience,expertise of an analyst.d. Exposure to Legal documentation will be a pluse. Preferred to have somebody who has exposure to work in a family office setup.
