The Outbound Operations Manager is a key leadership role in our growing 3PL operation which includes E-commerce and Wholesale customers. Key responsibilities will be to manage a multi-client operation to include DTC & B2B order picking and packing, kitting and more across multiple shifts of operation. This position will oversee supervisors presently working in outbound operations. Superior communication skills, 5+ years of progressive experience within a fast-paced growing company as well as the ability to mentor and develop managerial talent will be key factors in success.

Exciting new opportunity for a results-oriented, creative, motivational leader in our West Valley City facility. This position will be responsible for a large component of the operations within our Utah-based, Third Party Logistics Company servicing multiple clients in a 300,000 square foot Distribution Center. Position will report to the Director of Operations (GM).
