Responsibilities :, Support recruitment team for all hiring needs , Conduct new hire orientation, onboarding process and employee termination process. , Revise,update,create and communicate HR policies as per the requirements. , Assist with payroll and benefits administration. , Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities. , Implement and support all HRBP activities like performance management, employee engagement, employee pulse meetings, exit formalities, reporting etc. Qualifications :, MBA degree in Business, Human Resources, or related area , 4+ years of experience working in Human Resources., Expertise in MS Office tools., Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
