Additionally, you will work with various teams to resolve concerns and serve as an ambassador of our brand.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for daily operational tasks such as transaction validation, processing, tracking and reporting operating performance.
  • Performing validation work and accurately assigned analysis tasks within set KPIs.
  • Follow up with our Advertisers on the validation status and issues.
  • Act as the point of contact between the internal and external teams.
  • Actively participating in the process of process improvements to design the validation-related flow.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.

Qualifications:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & Google Docs Editors (Google Sheets, Slides, Forms, Docs etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
  • You can communicate in both languages: Bilingual (English and Malay, Thai & Mandarin will be a plus point)
