Manage large globally distributed delivery teams across multiple programs projects covering various LOBs

Manage client relationship from delivery perspective from CxO level down.

Focus on the client's business and technology problems, and on Company as the partner and solution provider for these.

Own overall P&L for the account from an overall delivery perspective across application delivery, infrastructure services and BPO

Provide thought leadership and contribute to Customer Engagement

Manage sales (farming), solutioning and pre sales and work closely with the Sales Leader to drive business growth for the account

Managed $25+ single client relationship

Experience managing global delivery (onsite offshore) as service provider
