Ogilvy global analytics hub is based at Bangalore. We offer opportunities to work on a breadth of domains ranging from CPG to B2B to services. Our work spans across digital, brand and CRM analytics , web analytics, cross channel digital optimization, segmentation, predictive modelling, Dashboards and so forth. All to get insights that can fuel creativity and effectiveness for our global clients. Job Responsibilities :, Processing, analysing, and modelling data from various sources for projects focusing on marketing and digital performance, Building data sets and dashboards in Tableau,Power BI that can be used by business stakeholders to track business KPIs and derive actionable insights to optimize future strategies., Applying analytics on structured and unstructured CRM data, digital touchpoint data and 3rd party data sets to support strategic decisions, creative development and customer value, Contributing to technical improvements of existing solutions, as well as to the development of new analytical product offerings Desired skills and Experience :, 3+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting , Hands,on exposure to Python,R programming. , Exposure to digital media, Google analytics and, or CRM data sets., Proven experience in working with large datasets from multiple sources (GCP, SFMC etc.). Experience in writing and tuning SQL queries to pull and augment data from data warehouses. , Experience with ETL tools such as Knime, Alteryx, Hands,on experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Excellent data visualization, communication and presentation skills, Experience with segmentation, prediction models is a plus , Self,driven being able to work independently and take the project to completion with minimum supervision
