We are a 350+ employees strong fintech company that has been profitable for 2+ years .Novopay is looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving high,impact problems in a fast,paced start,up environment with a high degree of autonomy. This is inherently a cross,functional leadership role where you will work closely with teams Engineering, Marketing, Operations, etc. to bring a new product to life.You would be responsible for:, Complete end to end ownership of Novopay payment products, Requirement gathering from stakeholders, Creating detailed requirement documents and high fidelity UX wireframes, Ensuring all the features are built as per requirements and tested and UAT is done, End user training and product demos for all new feature roll,outs , Creating product roadmap and maintaining backlog of all features to make sure that the engineering resources are being utilised optimally, Ensuring phenomenal product experience for your stakeholdersYour typical day at work:, Work with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations and business team to gather requirements and create product backlog, Analyse requirements gathered and prioritise the same to create sprint payload, Create detailed requirement documents right from the concept poster, swimlanes diagrams to Business Requirement Document, Translate the BRD into solution documents, Work with the UX team to create designs and translate them into high fidelity wireframes, Give the Development and QA teams a walkthrough of the requirement documents and consequently review the tech design and test cases with the respective teams, Manage the product feature releases and give demos and training to the respective stakeholders and make sure all the new features are being appropriately used, Keep a close track of product metrics by working with Data Analysts and Product Analysts and come up with actionable insights, Work closely with different stakeholders to understand their day to day work and come up with product features to make their lives easierWhat we expect from you:, Good Analytical skills to understand the requirements and come up with solutions for the same, Basic understanding of technology to be able to work with the engineering teams, Understanding of business and ability to assess short term and long term impact of features to prioritize feature requests, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time with aggressive deadlines, Be up to date with the latest advancements in the fintech,start,up space to implement the best possible product featuresWhat we would also like:, Experience of 5+ years as a Product Manager , Business analyst, in payments space, Previous experience working in a start,up environment of building products from scratch is highly preferable, Previous experience in Scrum, Agile methodology is highly preferable, MBA, B.Tech from a Tier 1 college would be a plus, Brownie points if you excel in something apart from work
