Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards,newspapers,colleges etc3. Source and screen candidates by using relevant databases, platforms, social media etc.4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods5. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes6. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated7. Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs8. Research and implement Recruiting best practices9. Ensure a great candidate experience at all stagesRequirements:1. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in,house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)2. Ability to work on multiple high urgency profiles simultaneously. 3. Ability to develop,source skills assessment and psychometric tests4. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills6.
