Our focus is to make the Ninjacart innovation more accessible and leverage our strengths to innovate for new product categories and customer segments while solving complex supply chain problems.Read more here:, https:,,,2019,12,funding,alert,flipkart,walmart,invest,ninjacart, https:,,,watch?v=8JxUU0RnvYQ&t=2s, https:,,,specials,power,of,i_2019,ninja,power,5328What you will do? | Responsibilities, Own market intelligence, Price benchmarking and Quality benchmarking across various markets for your portfolio product Fresh Fruits & Vegetable categories, Will own Margins, Prediction, Dump, SKU's growth and quality, Will own P&L for the Business Unit across the zones, Will be playing a key role in planning business, buying & sourcing of SKU, s, Will be responsible for running campaigns, marketing strategies for the business unit and improve customer base, Benchmarking of fruits and vegetable prices in comparison to the wholesale market, Benchmarking purchase prices with the market, ensuring efficient buying at economical rates, Will be working with the cross,functional teams like Sales, Supply & OperationsWhat you will need to have | Requirements, Language : Tamil (mandate), 2+ years of strong sales experience from FMCG , Telecom Industry , Healthcare , Pharmaceuticals , Agriculture and allied industries, MBA Tier I,Tier II college, Solid understanding of sales,trading fundamentals, Must have managed at least 6,10 direct reportees and large layered teams, Especially field sales team proven people manager and team builder with references, Good communication & presentations skills, ability to motivate the team to achieve targets, fostering a high level of team growth and contribution
