The New Patient Activation Manager is responsible for the conversion of referrals into patient starts, driving growth for Brave, value for our partners, and most importantly, outcomes for patients. This leader directly manages a team of Associates who are the face of Brave for prospective patients, and shapes the standards and execution for new patient experience. They also execute on strategic growth plans, such as new partner channels, contract types, and patient support workflows.
Day to day responsibilities include people management, motivation, and training; efficient and timely pipeline movement of prospective patients through all pipeline stages, reporting, and problem solving; and creating and implementing initiatives that will support our geographic and revenue mix goals. The leader will be very hands-on with the team, assuming player/coaching responsibilities and staying very close to the team’s activity, especially in the first 6 months as we build out this new function.
The ideal candidate is a proven revenue leader, with 3+ years of inside sales related management experience. They should be comfortable with data-driven management and managing through systems, but in their element in a high growth, earlier stage environment. Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus, and empathy for our patients as they take a very brave step in their lives is a must.
