Understand decision making for business growth (acquisition, activation, and retention of customers) and prior experience with analytical frameworks such as marketing mix modelling, driving campaign performance, customer segmentation etc2. Evaluate data required for decisions, identify sources of appropriate data, own up the sanity,accuracy of available data, ensure transformations for right decision making3. Automate & standardize decision making process to make it data driven4. Identify opportunities of improvement in product & process flows through exploratory analysis5. Work with engineering & data platform team to drive data availability & reliability6. Monitor & highlight health of business by developing metric dashboards to track success & performance metrics for business functionsDesired Candidate Profile1. 2+ years of hands,on experience on SQL, any BI platform (Tableau, PowerBI, Superset etc)2. Understanding of Appsflyer, Clevertap platforms3. Conceptual understanding of basic statistical concepts (Sampling, Distributions, Central tendency, Hypothesis testing etc)4. Ability to identify relevant data to solve business problems and (in)validate hypothesis5. (Good to have) Prior data modelling experience in R,Python
