Roles & Responsibilities: , Manage and own P&L for the Life Insurance agency sales. , Budget,target setting and achievement of assigned targets and generating revenue for the vertical through sales and distribution of Financial products for all the geographies, location. , Plan and execute sales strategies to boost Life Insurance sales and enhance productivity. , Ensure effective and efficient sales planning and implementation. , Enabling business growth by developing a strong team and manage and upscale the existing team. , Ensure manpower recruitment and planning as per the budget, location wise and across geographies. , Responsible for team management, retention, performance and productivity across vertical. , Maintain highest level of business hygiene and ensure all adherence to all regulatory guidelines and compliances. , Drive innovation and deliver business critical assignments Requirements :, Post Graduate , Graduate from a reputed college , Should have a strong experience in agency sales , agency acceleration
