Attainment of market share through a team of Channel Sales Managers2. Regular business from product mix3. Performance and profits from the Region(s)4. Implementation of Marketing strategies5. Control and implementation of Policy guidelines6. Development and career planning of subordinates7. Dealer Management8. Monitoring of receivables9. Control of SBU Expenses10. Market Feedback and Analysis 11. Customer satisfaction 12. Ensuring the regular and timely feedback, response through Reports to the Director.13. Regularly devising the market strategy to tap the best potential available in the market and regularly communicating the same to the concerned person.14.
