We are embarking on a new phase of growth, and are looking for smart, driven folks to join us.Position: Customer Success ManagerResponsibilities:, Support the business growth team by ensuring clients satisfaction with our services, Collaborate with different teams internally to solve client issues, Actively follow,up and close pending issues, prevent additional cases from piling on, Support the management with insights to improve operational processes for better customer satisfaction, Learn on the job; the role will evolve into a strategic account management positionWhat we're looking for:, Hustler, with a problem solving mindset, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, High EQ, can handle complex situations on organisational as well as individual levels, Excellent team player, can collaborate effectively with different departmentsPreferred background:, 1,2 years of experience in a customer success role or account management, MBA from Tier 1,2 b,schools preferred
