MORE is going into a transformation project to implement a new ERP. We are looking for a General Analyst to support us in this exiting project. The General Analyst will be working closely with the ERP implementation team and the wider business to document process and develop finance related trainings. Role Responsibilities:, Provide business analysis services to support the ERP Project Team., Work closely with the PMO, Business Analyst and the business units in documenting the gap,analysis between the as,is and the to,be processes., Facilitating project workshops., Documenting ERP processes and creating user guides., Support user training for ERP and creating training material for global finance team (become the trainer)., Preparing and organizing training sessions for the global finance teams on the new ERP., Preparing and organizing training sessions for non,finance teams on the new ERP. , Identifying, preparing, and organizing future training needs.Key Skills: , Excellent communicator, both written and verbal., Strong people skills to build strong relationships with both the project team and wider business users., Good organizational skills., Self,motivated and initiative driven , ability to work independently. , Results,focused individual, a can,do attitude and excellent problem,solving ability., Proactive and structured approach to work and managing high workloads., High attention to detail and quality., Excellent facilitation,training skills.Experience,Qualifications: , Strong finance knowledge (qualified,part qualified accountant) of O2P, R2R & O2C , Understanding of Finance Processes and best practice., Experience of business process analysis, including documentation using Lucid chart, Visio etc., Track record in designing and delivering training programs., Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on,the,job or in classroom training, e,learning, workshops, simulations etc)., Ability to plan, multi,task and manage time effectively., Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals., Good computer and database skills., Professional individual.
