KRA: , Devising new strategies & initiatives in order to grow the business revenue., Handling and guiding a team of ZHs, RHs associated with broking vertical., Monitoring competition, identifying industry benchmarks, and integrating the best practices., Driving business results as per the organization's goal sheet. , Conduct business events from time to time in order to maintain relations and increase revenue. , To conduct various training programs to help and support Advisors in enhancing their knowledge on various financial products, financial markets, etc., Coordinate with teams for smooth sales and back,office,related processes. , Adhere to the Compliance ,Risk monitoring guidelines laid down by SEBI and the Compliance and Risk Department.Key Requirements:, 10+ years of relevant experience in the Broking Industry., Analytical skills to evaluate various product ideas and present them to the stakeholders quickly., Excellent written and oral communication skills., Local candidates will be given preference.Education Qualification:, MBA,CA, PGDM from an Institute of repute.
