Role ObjectiveWe are looking for a true techno,commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The candidate will be expected to own a P&L of South region comprising of 3,4 independent centres and lead a team spread across locations, The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation.Role Responsibilities, Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise (South) with multiple centres. End,to,end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & overall customer NPS, Drive CXO level sales , Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts, Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement, Nurture and grow a team of 60+ across multiple cities, Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth, Ensuring 100% end,to,end fulfilment rate for all orders, Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payablesQualification & ExperienceWork Experience, 14+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B, Industrial, Manufacturing space. Consultative sales experience & CXO level sales experience would be requiredKnowledge,Skills, Excellent communication & people management skills. , Should have led a sizeable team across multiple locations, Should have worked in South India and be familiar with the local ecosystem, Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry, Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targetsEducation , B. Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute
