Responsibilities

Have complete understanding of MindOn products and services

Strategize with the corporate team for effective sales and marketing approaches

Ensure that the required marketing material is updated, ready and available

Interacting and building relationships with School Principals, Management and Teachers to create the demand for MindOn Products.

Own the customer relationship

Manage that the promised support, services and products are delivered

Mentor other team members as and when made available as part of growth strategy

Contribute to the overall corporate strategy and specifically to the Marketing & Advertising approach

Qualifications

MBA in marketing, 3 5 years of experience in sales & marketing in the Education Sector

Desired skills

A proven record of field level sales experience in schools and educational institutions of at least 3 years

Strong target orientation

A quick learner with a deep personal motivation towards self improvement

Should be willing to work on field and travel extensively

A team person, inspiring and living the dream

Extensive experience of travel and knowledge of the region would be a distinct advantage

Self starter with the ability to motivate and develop an effective team of advisors

Entrepreneurial streak, with a strong desire to do something different and a liking for education sector
