Exp: 5 , 10 Years About the Role:We are looking for a Head of Admissions. Working closely with the Millennium leadership, the successful candidate will have the ultimate responsibility of driving the admission numbers in schools with specific focus on conversions. The key KRA of the role is delivering on the number of net admissions across each of the Millennium schools. The HOA is also expected to contribute to strategies for walk in generation both at the school and central level. Detailed responsibilities include: , Working closely with the partner school managements for building the right admissions team in each of the schools. , Training and auditing the admissions team on the counselling process, curriculum, brand USPs, selling techniques to ensure the right sale and high conversion numbers. , Ensuring that the right set of collaterals and takeaways are reaching every walk in parent in the schools., Supporting, motivating, encouraging and mentoring the admissions team on a day,to,day basis to help them achieve their conversion numbers. , Setting up processes to ensure no leakage of data and accurate reporting of the walk in and closing numbers on a day,to,day basis. , Working closely with the MEM management, MEM marketing team and school managements to contribute to effective walk in generation plan and owning channels that need to be developed internally within the schools. , Developing internal channels like parent and staff referrals, sibling referrals, admissions through word,of,mouth, effective orientation programs etc. in liaison with the school Principals and school Mentors. , Setting up and running the process for internal transfers within the group schools. , Manage inter,personal relations within the admissions team and internally in the school. , Prepare management dashboards for the school managements and MEM management to keep a track on admission numbers across the schools on daily basis. , Ensuring a delightful experience for a parent walking into any of our schools. Skills needed: The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills:,, Should be able to effectively drive the numbers at school and fix accountability,ownership in the teams. Strong number orientation and comfort with dashboards is desired. , At the same time, should be compassionate to be able to handle the large admissions team across 25 schools while dealing with their day,to,day challenges. The candidate should be high on EQ. , Should be able to manage relationships with the top,level including Principals, Partners and MEM management. , Strong intrinsic motivation and the will to succeed and create an impact. , High on ethics and integrityMinimum Qualification , Graduate, preferably MBAExperience in a similar role in school environment, Highly desirable if the candidate has been Head of Admissions in a K,12 school for 3 ,5 years.
