As a company our aim is to constantly work towards building a simplified healthcare experience for insurers, corporates, hospitals and members., Medi Assist offers a range of wellness programs and value added services to corporate employees and individuals along with health benefits administration services including cashless claims management, reimbursements, pharmacy benefits, planned hospitalization and more., Our service models ensure that we work with and help various stakeholders including , policy holders, insurance agents, outpatient servicing networks, members to manage a diverse healthcare portfolio., Our robust and seamless technology provides the right backbone to manage these healthcare portfolios efficiently in a most cost,effective manner.,Services we offer:, Comprehensive healthcare management, Healthcare benefits administration, Provider contracting, Benefits portfolio managementJob Responsibilities:, Develop a strategy to maximize revenue through Corporate Sales, Broker & Insurance Relations., To be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue and sales through the appropriate medium., Maintain structured database, develop data for future use., Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue., Business acquisition through channel of Brokers, Insurance and corporate channels., Ensure that all communications with corporate customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards to ensure service standards., Liaise with the rest of the team on a day to day basis to obtain all new sales leads from channel of Brokers, Corporate & Insurance Companies.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT :, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., Substantial People management, Leadership experience required., Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management.Please Note , Candidates having mixed knowledge of TPA + Broker + Insurance industry are preferred.
