Key Responsibilities : , Manage development and delivery of value from strategic supplier relationships to achieve goals and business requirement. End,to,end process., Design sourcing strategy (direct, indirect supply, priority brands, selection and terms), Manage all vendor relations of one or more key segment(s) , Establish relationships and drive high,level negotiations of agreements,deals with leading vendors, Agree with vendors on promotions and marketing initiatives and coordinate with the Marketing team to execute these activities, Be an ambassador of MEDdelivery, developing deep knowledge of supply, demand trends and success drivers, Participate in day,to,day operational aspects, including gathering and addressing customer feedback, price management, business improvement initiatives, Address vendor issues to ensure the highest level of service delivery., Maintain contractual and business relationships with vendors., Plan and execute effective negotiation processes with vendors., Monitor, measure, and analyse supplier performance and provide regular updates to senior management on supplier risk, performance, and relationship., Monitor and ensure successful delivery against vendor contractual obligations.Requirements : 3+ years of experience in vendor relationship management in Pharma category.
