Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join the CRM and Retention Marketing team in San Francisco, CA, Pittsburgh, PA, or remote. You will be responsible for the implementation, setup and execution of our digital channels as well as marketing content web updates and optimizations. This individual will be responsible for supporting the various businesses, programs and formats within Giant Eagle and will be focused on creating web assets, HTML coding, QA of digital campaigns and finding creative customer facing tests and solutions for our digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Work with members across the marketing organization to develop and create HTML based assets for various marketing campaigns including dynamic emails and marketing content pages
With other CRM and Marketing Operations team members assist with technology and infrastructure setup to build out existing and new digital marketing channels
Work with other marketing team members to iterate and optimize campaign executional processes
Become a critical team member of our digital marketing campaign QA processes, ensuring operational excellence
Assist with implementing A B and multivariate tests across channels and campaigns
Align with marketing analytics and channel partners to streamline and ensure tracking

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a marketing analytics, computer science or related field
3+ years of experience in a digital marketing, operations or software developer function, preferably in a B2C organization
2+ years of experience with HTML CSS, GTM, GA
1+ years of experience working with Liquid or similar template language
Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Excel
Highly motivated self starter with a “go getter” attitude
