Needless to say digital marketing and research analytics will be a key aspect of the role.Key Responsibilities:, Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative., Analyze consumer behavior to determine customer personas., Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share both B2B and B2C, Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies., Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness., Use research to identify key issues and opportunities for brand growth, and to provide input to the product innovation. To fit the Bill:, MBA from premier B,school with 12+ yrs of work experience., Have prior experience of sales,lead generation in B2B tech enabled product company., Must have launched a new brand from scratch., Experience in using digital marketing strategies to drive business outcomes and brand development., Be a self,driven leader, skilled in driving complex business deals.Also if you are looking for an MNC role then this is not the role for you.
