DA team also advices client on setting up analytics center of excellence and developing process automationRequired: , A degree with a quantitative focus: Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or Technologies, Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or other related disciplines that possesses an analytical component, 4 , 12 years of full,time working experience in industry and,or consulting in an advanced analytics,digital technology involving analytics led implementation across industries, Strong preference for basic competency in two or more of the following:a) An analytical software (e.g. R, Python, SAS);b) A data visualization tool (e.g. QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI,).c) a relational or graph database management tool (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, Neo4J). or programming. (e.g. VBA, C++, Java)d) Experience of working with Alteryx,Knime is a pluse) Experience with big data tools: Teradata, Aster, Hadoop is a plus, Lead cross,functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities., Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions., Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions., Experience in specific industry,business function focused analytics. Should have strong point of view on the digital and analytics needs in at,least one sector., Lead relevant business development efforts, including account building, pursuits, practice development, and eminence, Review client engagement deliverables (e.g., Business Cases, CoE playbooks, process design documents, test strategies and plans) to ensure quality of content and presentation aligned with statement of work and A&M standards, Coordinate with technical teams to identify and triage performance and operational issues that arise throughout the course of analytics or automation implementations
