As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for the company. Candidates from E,commerce , Retail or New Age firms , Start,ups will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:, Develop sustainable and attractive Talent Acquisition plans and strategies., Stakeholder Management Understanding the need and designing the hiring strategies, partnering with business and advising them on talent market pool and trends. , Identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, networking, leveraging relevant social media and referrals., Manage the recruitment process and life,cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers., Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department, Drive TA KPIs TAT, Source Mix, People cost etc.; TA Analytics., Drive Automation and process improvements for effective and efficient TA execution., Vendor Management & engagement, Campus Hiring
