One of our Clients, a Leading Private Sector Bank is looking out for Talent Acquisition Partner , HR at a Manager,Sr. Manager grade to be based at Mumbai and Gurgaon due to the ramp,up in the Talent Acquisition group for the Bank to meet the extensive recruitment across functions of the Bank on account of expansion., The ideal candidates should be an MBA in HR (full time) with 4,8 yrs experience preferably in the BFSI sector., The individual should have worked on Large numbers on Talent Acquisition using all sorts of source mix., Should be matured individual to manage the key stakeholders in the Bank., In addition, the person would function as the Single Point of Contact for employees HR concerns,issues, Would drive structured inductions and mentoring programs for new joinees, Look at Manpower productivity monitoring, sourcing and managing the onboarding process, Develop and run employee engagement activities across assigned businesses, Partner with the line to create and implement capacity building initiatives, Monitor HR Operations support through a dedicated back end team, Ensuring adherence to Turn Around Times (TAT) on all HR services matters in sync, The person would be reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Head
