Hiring for a global leader in strategic management Consulting.POSITION SUMMARY : This is a lead role in the HR team, which involves working with the Vice President HR and Business Leadership on building and leading the Learning and Development function.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :, Structure the L&D approach for the firm, basis internal and external environment. , Working with the leadership team to ensure learning objectives are driven as per the business need., Identifying and understanding the training needs and working with the relevant stakeholders to ensure learning objectives are met and drives the required change needed to enhance employee performance, Think through and execute the changes in training programs as the firm evolves, Support in designing and developing learning programs, Provide oversight to the training ops team on trainee and trainer identification for all internal and global programs, managing the necessary communication, induction, etc., Collates relevant feedback from various training and suggests changes,improvements, Manages all in,class (local) training across levels. This includes collating topics, identifying trainers, and ensuring regular training., Working with the training manager and HR, in managing in,office external training initiatives, Responsible for training related data tracking and analysis, Manage effective formal and informal communication for learning programs such that it drives awareness, adoption, and attendance., Show potential to manage end,to,end business learning agenda, from analyzing development needs to development and delivery of the intervention.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :, Excellent ability to execute plans , Strong program management and organizing capability, Strong conceptual skills should be able to synthesize and develop training frameworks and content, Excellent communication skills in all situations with customers, Ability to manage complex,sensitive conversations, Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and bring situations to closure,resolution, Experience in managing small teams is preferredBASIC QUALIFICATIONS :, MBA,Masters from a reputed institute, At least 8 Years of exp in strategic L&D
