Lifesciences section of one of the esteemed company is looking for Manager , Performance Improvement across India. The company plans to build a high powered team in life sciences for India & Emerging markets such as ASEAN, Brazil, China & Mexico etc. This role will form the back,bone of the company in the Emerging Markets and is core to the company's strategy of building deep sector expertise in its target markets.The opportunity :, The focus of this team is to be client facing, assist in sales and delivery of life sciences solutions, build local & global teams in the LS space, build Thought Leadership and establish Company's leadership in this domain. Your key responsibilities :, You will Plan to build a high power team in Healthcare for India & Emerging markets , Target Market being India with an addition focus on ASEAN, Brazil, China & Mexico etc. This role is client facing, focus to build local & global teams., Client service delivery,execution, Manage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization, Lead the delivery , execution of high quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectationsKnowledge Management :, Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point,of,views, Contribute to knowledge development and managementBusiness development :, Manage clients & accounts and built professional relationships, Meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients , New solution development specially in area of hospital operations and business analytics, Demonstrate significant industry , solution expertise People Management :, Be a strong team player, Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach, Assist in resolving people issues , Support people development through guidance and feedback, Take the lead in recruiting activities, Ensure compliance to the firm's standards, processes and policies, Contribute to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellenceSkills and attributes for success :, In,depth understanding of the economic and business environment, Professional network and networking skills, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Good leadership qualities, Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large,size accounts (if with relevant consulting experience), Program management, multi,tasking and time management skills, Good experience in business development, Excellent people management skills, Sharp focus on quality delivery, Ability to develop , customize solutions relevant to clientTo qualify for the role you must have :, B.E. , B.Tech , MBA (from a premier institute) with a good academic background, At least 6,9 years of relevant post MBA experience of working Healthcare, Hospitals or relevant consulting background, Industry experience in at,least three of the areas listed :a. Life science Operational consultingb. Business analytics and MISc. Supply chain , Procurement and inventory managementd. Sales Force effectiveness, Business development, Market assessmentse. Consulting experience in atleast three of the areas listed , f. Business transformationg. Business process Re,engineeringh. Business systems i. Market assessment, Strategy and Business planningj. Sales and Marketing improvement , transformationk.
