We are hiring for Comp & Ben role for the IT organisation, based out of Bangalore:, The main objective of the role is to develop and implement the rewards strategy of the organization., Advise & partner organization leadership in develop a competitive rewards strategy to cater to the evolving business context, Work with managers and HR business partners to implement appropriate engagement & retention strategies for top talent, Oversee implementation of reward programs (base pay revision, short & long term incentives, benefits) within established guidelines, Research, Identify & Implement measures that optimize the organization wage cost structure , Work with department leaders across groups to ensure highest level of governance and compliance in matters related to Compensation, Social Security & Benefits, Review external & internal benchmarks and establish competitive salary ranges.
