We are looking for a "Manager , Telesales" who can lead the team of 20+ tele callers. As a leader you will be managing the end,to,end operations of the tele calling set up. You will supervise, manage and motivate the team members & get the desired result from the team. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration within the team. As a disciplined process owner, skills like Communication, Training & Development, Performance assessment are must.Roles & Responsibilities :, Responsible for achieving daily, weekly & monthly targets, Create winning attitude in the team, SWOT analysis of team members, Weekly performance update & forecasting, Coaching & mentoring team members. Extract best out of them, Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring high quality customer service and effectively handling customer complaintsRequirements :1) 7 + years of Tele Sales experience in finance Industry2) Strong verbal and written Communication Skills3) Expert in MS Office especially MS Excel & PowerPoint4) Organizational and Leadership skills5) Experience of leading the team of 20+ tele callers6) Tele calling experience of finance Industry will be added advantage
