Our client is one of the leading digital Strategy Consulting firms with 100plus offices across the world., The role is to strategize, manage and integrate stores, Web, social and mobile retail channels., The role will require to suggest and operate digital commerce operations and evaluate and deliver digital commerce technologies.Nature of work:, Strategize and identify digital and customer strategies for omnichannel commerce initiatives, Recommend and manage the integration of customer,facing functions across channels: store technologies, loyalty, call,centre, content and digital marketing operations with E,commerce., Operationalize Omni,channel strategies and conduct pilots where appropriate., Deep understanding of the evolving digital world on both the demand and supply side., Blend of digital commerce, marketing and customer support experience., Digital commerce experience, B2B,B2T,B2C commerce,i.e. marketplaces & direct,to,consumer models., Channel Integration., Merchandising, order management fulfilment., Understanding ,at least a working knowledge of e,commerce technologies, tools and platforms., excellent Communication skills.Experience:, 7 years plus., Preferred from an e,commerce Industry.Academics:, Bachelors degree in computer science , Engg,Professional: MBA or equivalent.Relevant Digital Commerce certification would be preferred
