Job Description

1. Responsible for:a) Pan India activities for Raw Materials of the Personal & Home Care Industry.b) Planning marketing strategies along with the SBU headc) Optimization of opportunities with all the existing customers for all existing and new productsd) Develop new customer base for all the existing and new products with the companye) Analyzing sales potential and work out sales activities and plan of actionf) Coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan with regional team membersg) Expanding HROC customer base in the region, to contribute to the revenue target.h) Must be updated on market trends and situationi) Representing the company at the highest level to customersj) Achieving Sales targets & revenuek) Closing deals independently , with minimum support from headsl) Must have full update & control of all the customers assignedm) Must have updates on customers sample requirements, progress and conversion of same to commercialized stage2. Must be extremely pro,active on closing sales3. Required to support the Techno,Commercial requirements of the customer4. Would be responsible to confidently negotiate and close right type of business at highest level
