Job Description

Key Accountabilitys Product Sales Responsible for Product Level targets for the Zone for certain specified products across Equity and Debt. Responsible for Concept Selling across the Zone leveraging through existing distributor relationships To conduct Regular Training and Knowledge Sessions for Internal Employees across the Zone for continuous Knowledge Upgradation. To conduct Regular Huddles Conference Calls Meetings with Distributors for Product, Market and Knowledge Updates. To actively work on D&E counters with Sales team and include them as part of their branch visit. To work with Sales in increasing distribution spread and product Mix. Providing critical on ground Feedback for enhancing Business activities, any other feedback pertaining to branch distribution team Customer Service etc gathered during branch visit. Support to create simpler communication on Focused Products along with Product team Give market feedback to Investments on Competition Products Positioning and Product sales in market. Feedback to Investments on Distributor Investor queries on Funds Products
