Responsibilities , Engaging corporates and building relations with them to drive the recruiters to hire through UpGrad., Ensuring the successful hiring of UpGrad trained college learners across all the programs. , Sourcing opportunities for learners suitable to their profile and course exit roles. , Market Research (including Primary and Secondary Research) , Contacting potential or existing business customers to inform them about our services Requirements :, Min 6 years of experience in recruitment , Corporate Relations , Training and Placement, Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills. , Proven track record of performance and demonstrated previous experience working in the Ed,tech possibly in B2B space, Should be a go,getter; great execution makes good ideas successful, Strong individual contributor as well as a team player., Technical background in education preferredSalary offered: 8,12LPA
