Job Purpose, To Socialize and Execute functional and behavioral (upto junior level) learning for all enterprise and distribution functions in line with the strategic direction and business contextResponsibilities, To Conduct induction to ensure new joiner success, To execute Functional & Behavioral trainings across all Enterprise and distribution Functions, To manage and administrate LMS for Enterprise and distribution, To design all relevant tools, resources and processes so as to create a learning environmentSpecific Authorities (Financial & Non Financial) Experience , 6+ years of experience in delivery, content & LMS management, Exposed to learning journeys from Assessment to content to delivery to evaluation
